@wearsmanyhats I think your experience tracks closely to mine.

I've seen research indicating that the blue light explanation is a myth – the real issue is WHAT you're looking at. I sometimes read light fiction on my iPad at bedtime, and that's fine. However, scrolling twitter or Facebook is TERRIBLE for productivity.

I think getting to bed and getting up at regular times might well be my solution, but I lack the willpower.
