I worked with and befriended a woman who was firmly convinced she had the ghosts of Revolutionary War soldiers in her basement. She lived in a 200-year-old house.

I thought that was nuts—but I was quite fond of her as a friend and think very highly of her as a person.

And who knows maybe she did have the ghosts of Revolutionary War soldiers in her basement.
